Returns & Refunds


If your product is faulty or damaged in transit we will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email with your order number and photographs of the faulty product. Refunds will be solely at the discretion of Husky & Rye


We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Husky & Rye as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colour will be completely accurate.


You can only receive a return within 7 days of receiving your product. We can only accept items that are not opened & still in original packaging. You will have your refund credited to the original payment & purchase method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Customers are responsible for any return costs.  Please Note: The original shipping costs are not refundable, if you received FREE shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund ($8.95)

Typical refund scenarios that will not be accepted include:

  • Change of Mind.
  • Your request for a refund due to the product not being made of the material that you expected.
  • Entered the wrong discount code.
  • If you have selected the wrong colour or design.
  • Damage to your item/s incurred by the user.
  • Product have been opened or used

All SALE items CANNOT be returned, (including full priced items purchased using a discount code). Only a store credit will be offered.


No. Unfortunately, we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, and therefore cannot cancel or change your order. If you change your mind after placing your order, you may return any items that comply with our Return Policy and are in saleable condition for a refund to the original form of payment within 14 days.
